First Baby Assigment
Promised my colleague Cathy to take pictures of her daughter months ago. The day finally came when Liana was already a 15-month old adorable little girl. My first time taking pictures of baby. Tough assignment, still a lot to learn, but definitely great fun! Pictures took on March 17, 2012 in Hong Kong. -
Amina the Little Mongolian Monster
This photo album is dedicated to Bujima, mother of this three-year old little Mongolian monster. All pictures were taken during 2011 summer, when we spent a week with Amina, mainly at her home in Ulaanbaatar, and a short expedition to Tereji. -
Cherry Blossom in Tokyo, 2011
In early April, Cherry trees blossomed in Tokyo, signaling the arrival of spring. I found this year's cherry blossom festival particularly meaningful to me and to the country that is still struggling to recover from its worst earthquake in history and a nuclear crisis. All pictures were taken between April 9-11, 2011, one month after the quake. -

Swing with Jazz
Ella Fitzgerald & Duke Ellington's version of "It don't mean a thing" is one of my all-time favorites, so as this small Jazz bar, Ned Kelly's Last Stands, in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Taken in 2009. -
Dai Pai Dong
Hong Kong is said to be "a city that never sleeps". And Dai Pai Dong, or street restaurant, is a perfect illustration of how vibrant the small town is even during midnight. Taken in 2009 at Sing Kee, Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.
